Snow, Collins and Specter got played. Once that bill goes into conference committee, that 100 billion is coming back, and then some. I hope they realize this. Doubt it though.

the first round of TARP money wasn't spent "properly"? he has spent the last 90 minutes talking about how a hyper keynesian stimulus, ANY KIND OF hyper keyesian stimulus, is the whole freaking point. but the last hyper keyesian jolt was somehow wrong?

and he seems to use possessive forms of nouns a lot; "my sec'y of the treasury", "my foreign policy people", "my economic team". it's like he owns a small army of dudes in business suits.

I "heard" on National Public Radio this weekend that when the stimulus bill gets to that joint Congressional committee to have differences ironed out (between the Senate and the House versions of the bill) that there's going to be trouble, a rocky road.

I didn't "hear" why, but I'm waiting in anticipation, to see what happens.

that money and more. much more. no one gets blamed for adding pork when it happens in conference. it comes out of conference over $1T

I have noticed that tendency, and not only among Democrat, liberal, 0bamaite, and primitive politicians; also among people who work for government, who are unabashedly Democrat, liberal, 0bamaite, and primitive.

This "my secretary" or "my staff" business.

It's Freudianly telling.

The proper term is "the" or "Mr." or "Mrs." or "Miss" or "Ms."

It's obviously a holdover from the old Democrat slave-holding mentality, where one owns human people as property.
