5. I think Fulton county GA will indict before NY

Their grand jury meets next week to issue subpoenas I think

GA case is more cut and dry, NY case is much more complex.

NY has nothing.  They would've already presented it.

As the saying goes, you can indict a ham sandwich. SDNY may INDICT him someday out of spite but getting a conviction as a whole 'nutha ball of wax.
