House Armed Svc Committee Chairman Ike Skelton of MO is out on his ass. Another R flip.

It's +51/+2 in the House now.

Fox just called NV for Dingy Harry.

They called PA for Sestak too about 4 hours ago.

No, they had Sestak as the winner on their interactive map for about an hour until the Philly votes dried up along with Sestak's margin.

I can't wait until we get to move out of Nevada.

Burn baby burn.

NV isn't half as hosed as CA.  that place is going to need a trillion dollars of federal money just to not collapse, and the house republicans will let it implode.

Cool... Rick Larsen is losing in WA-02. Makes me happy. My first election I was living in his district and got to vote against him.

Of course, he's only down by 1500 votes, so multiple recounts of found ballots from the broom closet will put him over the top.

Well, the (R)s in the House are up 52 right now, with lots more races to be determined.

I dunno why CBS hasn't called South Dakota for the (R)s yet; it leads me to believe the "mainstream" news media is holding off calling a lot of races that favor (R)s at the moment.

By the way, in 1994, the (R)s picked up 54 seats, and in 1946, 55--this is probably going to exceed them both.

franksolich is happy, happy, happy.

(R)s now up 6 in the Senate, 54 in the House.

The "mainstream" news media still isn't calling a lot of races.

Suspiciously, (R) races.

You know, it took the Dems--I looked it up--two cycles (2006 and 2008) to gain 51 seats in the House.

The (R)s are currently standing at a gain of 55 in one election.

It's easily going to be 60 gained in the House. Probably around 65 seats gained.
