In September, the Texas State Securities Board scored a victory for the good guys, effectively forcing Metals.com out of business.

Now the regulator wants to remind you of the April 30 deadline to file a claim if you were a customer of the shady precious-metal sales company, which also went by the names Barrick Capital, Tower Equity and Chase Metals.
