TAXES, Scrunt Jean-Pierre, is yet another reason why gasoline is so expensive in those European socialist paradises that you are trying to embody in this country.

Energy independence is something else she does not understand. Neither does SharterJoe.

Jeez, at least Peppermint Patty, the liar that she was as Press Secretary, isn't nearly as stupid as her replacement. But that's par for the course for SharterJoe -- hiring progressively worse people. And when he operates that way, it shows the world the sheer idiocy of the Democrat party.

I feel like this pretty well encapsulates the modern day left: It could be worse. Sacrifice. Be satisfied with what you've got. Be happy with food shortages. Put up with supply shortages. Deal with gas prices. Turn in your weapons. Tolerate lockdowns. Be happy with bad, politically correct jokes and terrible puns.
