Title: Tapatalk, again

I figured I would redo the Tapatalk interface for phone/tablet browsers - a few years have passed since that last iteration, which proved to be problematic. I'm hopeful that the current version of the software is no longer prone to 'issues'.

Anyway, its redone, so, fingers crossed....
