Massive Bomb Explosion at Pakistani High Court Kills 5

LAHORE, Pakistan  —  A powerful bomb went off among police guards deployed in front of a court in eastern Pakistan ahead of a planned protest by lawyers Thursday, killing at least five people and wounding 20, officials and witnesses said.

An Associated Press photographer at the scene saw several dead bodies, including police and civilians. Wounded people were crying for help.

He also saw the severed head of a man with long hair and beard, possibly that of a suicide bomber, but police could not immediately confirm the nature of the attack.

Police official Mohammed Afzal said it was a "powerful bomb blast" and at least five people had died and 20 were wounded. Many injured police were being transported to hospital.

Suicide blast kills 21 in Pakistan's Lahore

LAHORE, Pakistan (Reuters) - A suicide bomber walked up to policemen stationed outside the High Court in the Pakistani city of Lahore on Thursday and set off his explosives, killing 21 people, most of them police, officials said.

One really has to wonder what a muslim suicide bomber has to gain by killing muslims.
Apparently, mere political disagreements are considered the same as unbelief in the Religion of peace.

Muslims kill more muslims than they do infidels, and one has to wonder why?
