Palin launches new PAC
« on: January 27, 2009, 12:11:02 PM »

Quote
...
Quote
She’s also launching her national political action committee. Registered in Virginia, patterned after Hillary’s HillPac, Sarahpac.com is to support ideas and candidates who share the Palin vision that energy independence is this country’s future.
Next month she addresses a Washington gathering of prominent conservatives. She’s going ahead with a book. Her Facebook page has 410,000 friends. She wants to influence policy knowing the nation must turn to Alaska as its energy resource. She’s planning to be president.
...They were probably planning to roll it out later this week and Adams got a tip that the site was already live, but as I say, hang on to your money until someone confirms it. If it is for real, expect some of the money to go to green causes to help recast the ‘Cuda as a centrist. And the media to pay very close attention to how much money her PAC’s raising compared to Huck’s and Mitt’s.
Adams also claims Palin will be at the Alfalfa Club dinner with Obama that’s coming up; take a gander at the membership roll. Exit question: Will she be “nominated”?
Update: The boss just got off the phone with a spokesman for Campaign Solutions, the site’s registrar, who told her it’s for real and that the PAC papers were filed with the FEC yesterday.

So John McCain may helped the conservative cause entirely accidentally.

I just hope she doesn't push to hard over the next couple of years.  We don't want to be sick of her before the actual run to the election begins.

But the way things are looking, I think she'll have my vote in 2012.

john mccain would've saved the convervative movement...

sarah palin helped destroy it...

palin  will NEVER be  elected to a national position... she may  be an ok gal, but, she had her shot at the national stage & she BLEW IT & helped sink mccain & conservatism in general...

the sooner conservatives back away from palin, the better...

and if you haven't noticed,  ALL media still loves to  exploit her idiocy at the expense of conservatives...

McCain sunk himself. Why do you buy into the media bias against her??

McCain was the one having conservatives back away, not Palin. Just for a laugh, how did Palin help "sink" McLame's campaign?

You're the last person who I would have expected to think that McCain would have saved the conservative movement. The guy is practically a Democrat. And 48% of voters simply LOVE Sarah Palin. If she makes a go I'll even send her money, and I've NEVER sent money to a pol before.

I'm a little troll, dumb and stupid

McShame chose Sarah to rally more conservatives around him, but he was a poor campaigner and the Lame Stream Media's bias just made things worse.

if MCcain won, then Dems don't have total majority & we at least have some direct representation...

choosing Palin helped Mccain lose...  ...

the left & especially their media had a FIELD DAY w/ palin ...

I know alot of it was unfair & the same could've been done  to joe biden too, but, obviously NBC , CBS & the usual suspects had it out for the GOP & PALIN was exactly what they needed...

her inexperience at national politics  & her 'character' was easy prey for the lib media juggernaut...

GWB's 6 trillion dollar socialism did more to sink conservatives than did mccain ...

again, wash your hands of palin, or move to alaska if you want to see her on TV everyday, cause as long as she's the 'face of the GOP', forget about EVER getting back into power...

who do you think  made her the face of the GOP ?? ...

if you answer is the DNC & their media, you'd be right...

I would call McCain a RINO, but that would be placing him anywhere near being a conservative, which he's really not.  He'd rather have the good press than stand up for something.  McCain reminds me of the type of man who is nice to everyone......... except his own family, and he treats them like dirt.

So McCain can't damage what he never was.

so you're saying you voted for obama & not mccain ??

mccain was my   only choice towards the end, but because dittoheads attacked him & gave the lib media fodder & turned off Indies, obama won...

as for me, I chose mccain over obama & did not bitch, just like I chose GWB over Gore & did not bitch, because we had no choice & it was for the good of conservative america...

So did most conservatives who cared about this country, but he just did not have it in him. This is his own fault, and the media's, not Palin's.

I'm saying that all things considered, about the only major difference between the two was that McCain has a respect for the military.  McCain, as he is once again demonstrating, would rather attack conservatives since it means the MSM will print pretty words about him.

I don't usually respond to insane douchebags but I am making an exception.  Sarah Palin is not dumb, the media portrayed her as such and the really stupid people in America bought it.  Name one single conservative that the media ever thought was smart.  It has never happened.
All the great things are simple, and many can be expressed in a single word: freedom, justice, honor, duty, mercy, hope.

John, I will agree with you about McCain, but I strongly disagree about Palin. She was the only real conservative on that ticket, and real conservatives love her. She says all the things we want to hear. In four years, she will have a little more experience at handling the Katie Courics and John Gibsons, and she will eat them for lunch, just like she ate her Democratic and Republican opponents for lunch in Alaska. The media hype will be neutralized if she sticks her nose to the grindstone and pushes forward. Whenever a real conservative runs as a real conservative, they win. It's when they get into this McLame appease the center and the left BS that they lose.

The only reason I even voted for McCain was because of her. I was going to sit it out until she came on board.

Sarah Palin/Suzanna Gratia Hupp 2012.
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

I agree with you about palins principles & I have MANY inlaws that act & even look just like her..

I did not say I agree'd w/ the lib medias hatchet job on her ...what I said was she was easy prey for them  & it worked like a champ...

mccain was in the lead in the polls until 2-3 weeks after palin hit the scene...

what mccain should've done, if Rove didn't give him bad intel, was chose someone  more mainstream for VP & then later chosen palin for a position that actually matters ...

not just now, but at all times in history,   candidates w/ 'accents' & good ole boy  behavior LOSE at the national level, unless of course they are from the Bush family  after 8 years of clintooon... or they are  powre brokers themselves  & have ALOT of national political experience...unlike palin...

Independents dropped mccain like a hot potato after the media started unleashing on Palin after that couric interview & then it was all over...

Indies determine the elections ...bases are always solidified when things are so  polarized like they are now... mccain had other ways to supposedly appeal to the right, but  the media & his advisors obviously told him  something else...

the media played 'gottcha'  & Rove /Rush fell right into the trap  & dragged mccain down w/ them

I don't guess you understand that the Damn media was in collusion with the damn libs, do you? She didn't come off as dumb to me, at all. Actually, she is a strong supporter of the right to keep and bear arms.
