Which party is trying to censor and suppress speech they disagree with?

Which party is trying to shut down news/opinion outlets they disagree with and silence journalists they disagree with?

Which party is trying to suppress religious expressions and actions they disagree with?

Which party demonizes and tries to shut down gatherings they disagree with?

Which party is trying to ban firearms that have been in common use for decades and burden possession and legal use of firearms?

Which party supports and advocates searches and “wiretaps” against political foes?

Which party has and is attempted/ing to bypass due process against political foes?

Which party is denying bail, discovery, and the right to a speedy trial to 1/6 defendants and other political foes?
