OK, this is apparently Memo #2 with more coming. The memo states there is a "gaping legislative hole" in that while financial disclosures are required for political candidates, their spouses, and dependents, there isn't a requirement for financial disclosures for other family members - such as SharterJoe's daughter-in-law, Hallie Biden and certainly his son Hunter (who, it could be argued IS a dependent, i.e., dependent on drugs) and Joe's brother.
This is starting to smell like, "Yeah, SharterJoe is as crooked as the day is long, but fuggedaboudit if you're thinking of impeaching him."
Influence peddling is certainly unethical, but it is illegal?
