Tornadoes in the Little Rock Area
« on: April 01, 2023, 05:52:18 AM »
Just in case some CC'ers are wondering, things got breezy here and somebody (don't know who) lost a couple of roof shingles, but all is well here at Eupher's home.

One touched down at a strip mall that has a Kroger in it (Mrs. E and I call it "Ghetto Kroger" for obvious reasons -- there are other flavors such as "Yuppie Kroger" and even "Barrio Kroger"). This strip mall is a good 18 miles away from us. The roof to the Kroger was partially ripped away and the row of small stores comprising the strip mall was devastated.

Another tornado touched down in Jacksonville, which is about 6-7 miles from us. No impact in my area.

Others were not so fortunate. Thanking God for having been spared.
Adams E2 Euphonium, built in 2017
Boosey & Co. Imperial Euphonium, built in 1941
Edwards B454 bass trombone, built 2012

Kanstul 33-T BBb tuba, built 2011
Fender Precision Bass Guitar, built ?

Very happy to hear that you & Mrs. E made it through the tornadoes Euph!!!

We are having thunder, lightning, and wind, at the moment.

Mr. ABC is watching the trees blow all around us and expecting the power to go off any minute.

Isn't spring weather just grand?  :)

Please pray for our country in these turbulent times ...
It really is the best in the world & I can't stand the thought of losing it.
