I dunno, on election nights I do feel scads of sympathy for all the poor trapped conservatives in liberal hellholes like California. It's analogous to a dog infested with fleas and ticks; the dog's a noble beast harried and drained by an overwhelming horde of parasites. And unfortunately, while the state of California and some others need a visit from Truly Nolen or the Orkin Man, the insects outnumber the hosts to an unfortunate degree.
