« on: November 29, 2008, 08:16:48 AM »
After all the shopping you will be doing this holiday. haha, And you come home an your feet hurt and ache, try this.

Could take these supplements:Niacin 50mg.,B-complex 100mg, Vitamin C, and Magnesium.

Magnesium also is a relaxant, and good for headaches.

Soak your feet in apple cider vinegar and water. About 1/4 cup to a foot bath. Soak at least 30 minutes Works well.

If your feet are cramping try the Homeopathy remedy Sulfur.

And find a massage therapist whom does Reflexology.

Are a boyfriend or girl friend whom has a foot fetish. :evillaugh:

I have never tried vinegar as a foot bath, I tend to go with menthol or mint products. I'll give it a go next time.

bijou, the vinegar will alkaline( bring the PH up) the body. It's best to use the raw vinegar(Braggs). The feet have the biggest pores on the body to absorb more. Hope I works for you. You can put your menthol or mint in the vinegar.
