Whitmer's a blithering moron.

There are blithering morons living everywhere in the country.

There are blithering moron's within the FBI.

There are blithering morons at the DoJ.

That's the entire case.  The counter-charge of 'entrapment' is going to be easy to demonstrate because of the news-cycle at the time... stops being a friend to Whitmer and the FBI if the original timing of the 'investigation' doesn't match-up.
