Did you see the picture someone posted on there? If you scroll down, you can see a poster that has a bloody knife and a heart. It's a concert poster from Feb. 08. Possibly spam, I dunno. I stay away from myspace. It's just really awful to see that. Especially if I were his friends.

this just makes me sick! and all they are calling it is 2nd degree, I think he picked the victim out cause he was a small male, this monster is probably another Jeffery Dalhmer!

You Dahmer was bad. There is Countess Elizabeth Bathory and she killed at least 650 young people. She would bathe in their blood and even resort to cannibalism. She personifies evil of the worst kind, besides Pol Pot and Jim Jones.

I don't get the second degree either, though I suppose there isn't all that much difference since (a) Canada is a 'No kill' shelter for rabid animals and (b) he'l undoubtedly defend on sanity anyway.  The cops not going onto the bus after him makes a little more sense since the victim was undoubtedly long dead when they arrived, assuming all the rest of the bus passengers were accounted for.
