Grand Fudge Cake2 cups flour3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salf1 cup butter, softened1-3/4 cup sugar2 teaspoons vanilla2 eggs1-1/3 cup milkPreheat oven to 350. Grease & flour 2 9-inch round pans.Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda & salt.Cream butter & sugar.Add vanilla & eggs, one at a time, beat well between additions.Alternate adding flour mix & milk, ending with flour.Mix until smooth.Bake for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting6 tablespoons butter, softened2-2/3 cup powdered sugar1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa1/3 cup milk1/2 teaspoon vanillaBeat butter until light & fluffy.Mix sugar and cocoa together in a bowl.Blend sugar mix and milk into butter.Beat until smooth. Add vanilla.

I just had an extremely decadent chocolate cake for my birthday(enough chocolate to last me awhile), but I might have to try that recipe sometime.
