Credit union takes $1 a month from its customers to redistribute to its "needier" customers.

Oh, and they didn't bother to effectively notify their customers.

Maybe they won't mind if I SOMEBODY makes an "undocumented withdrawal", especially if they claim neediness at the onset of the "transaction"???
