For the head of a hospital facing yet another wave of Covid, a vaccine mandate might seem like the only way to keep staff and patients safe. The reality is more complicated, though. Right now nearly 1 in 8 nurses are neither vaccinated nor planning to get a shot.”

“And in some parts of the country, hospital administrators say only about half of their nursing staff are vaccinated.”

“That’s the dilemma. Do you lose more nurses by mandating vaccines and having some quit, or by not requiring shots and facing staff shortages from quarantines and absences when they get sick?”

They’re finally starting to see that they can’t rule this mandate. It’s messing with their heads. If enough people simply say ‘thanks, but no thanks’ those of us who make the world go round, have the upper hand. If enough people in my industry do it, you won’t have any gas, oil, or chemicals to make all sorts of things.

If that happens the DUmmies are screwed. First not many of them work at all. Second, those who do have negligible type  jobs.  The kinds of jobs you wouldn’t miss at all, or it would take a long time to miss.

I don't know why they're surprised.

The "vaccine" doesn't stop transmission, doesn't do away with the mandating of masks (which do not work), doesn't do away with any of the conditions that dem administrations force on their constituents, and doesn't protect an individual nearly as well nor or nearly as long as natural immunity from having the virus. Not to mention the ugly cast of characters involved.

There is literally no incentive to get it, unless one is terrified...Which is one of the reasons they've been terrorizing the population over covid.

On the other hand, as politicised as the democrats and leftists have made covid, vaccines, masks, and the like, there is PLENTY of incentive NOT to get it.

That's one big reason those assclowns have to try to mandate it and get pushy about it.
