It's s-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o totally a set-up.
It reminds me of the adage that it's easier for decent and civilized people to pose as primitives, than it is for primitives to pose as Republicans and conservatives.
Total fail.
It reminds me of people filing claims against their car insurance. When the vehicle is recovered, often burned out or submerged, the first thing the investigators look for is to see if the owner's personal possessions were removed and still in posssession of the owner. If so the authorities immediately home-in on attempted fraud.
Supposedly we're dealing with someone willing to repeatedly deface a sign as a show of hostility, contempt and an urge to suppress pro-Obama messaging while trumpeting their own "virtues." And yet this vandal has twice now left the sign intact and reusable. Like the "stolen" cars, the intent is to increase the value/pay-off for the "victim" without any tangible loss on their part while conveniently blaming it on parties unknown.
