Rep. Peter King: NYC coronavirus, riots, looting may drive people away permanently

Quote
Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., said Sunday that it will not be easy to draw people back to New York City and the surrounding areas who have left due to the coronavirus pandemic and the incidents of looting and vandalism that rocked the metropolis last week after the death of George Floyd.

King, who has represented Massapequa and Central Islip, said his district lost more than 1,000 constituents due to the coronavirus, among nearly 5,000 on Long Island itself.

"It is going to be difficult," he told Jon Scott on "Fox Report."

No shit.  I'd hate to be a realtor trying to sell property in Minneapolis right now.

A lot of people, liberals included are rethinking that whole: "let's live in a crowded urban area".  Just another  way the left ****ed up using the Planned-DEMpanic to hurt President Trump.

Well, duh!  Why would any business want to be in a city with no police?  The suburbs are going to grow again if libs actually get their desire. As HFB mentioned, just don't bring your politics with you.
