WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Justice Department will fast track the sending of $29 million to South Carolina to help families of victims of the mass murder of nine churchgoers at a historic black church in Charleston, a Justice Department spokesman said on Friday.

An unspecified portion of the money, allocated under the government's national Crime Victim Assistance Formula Grant program, can be used to provide services to the families of victims of the shootings at Emmanuel AME Church, spokesman Kevin Lewis said.

Well, you might not be able to sell your family members into slavery any more but they certainly will be checking to see which members they can sell to a shooter/killer.

I do not remember that with Columbine, Sandy Hook, Virginia Tech, Fort Hood, or Isla Vista.

I wonder how much the white victims will get when a member of the New Black Panthers shoots up a predominately white church?

Since when does the Justice Department distribute money to victims of crimes?

Shouldn't that be done by Congress, if it's going to be done at all?

Somebody please tell me that the government hasn't gotten too big and too powerful. Please.

It's like hitting the God damned lottery. King Putt's Minister of Just Us is playing the same Bread and Circuses game as her predecessor.

I can think of two great Americans who would have something to say about it, if they were alive today:

"I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents...Charity is no part of the legislative duty of the government."
-James Madison

“We have the right as individuals to give away as much of our own money as we please in charity; but as members of Congress we have no right to appropriate a dollar of the public money.”

Hell, considering she's supposed to be even worse than 'Holdin my groin' holder, I'm surprised they didn't go with an even $50 million.  I'm so ticked at bone-head Boehner for approving this oxygen-thieving idiot as attorney general.

This is NKT supposed to be any of the dept. Of Justice's bailiwick at all. She's waaaaaaayyy overstepped her bounds here.
