If I was the governor of Ohio, I'd already have the National Guard on scene and have their presence clearly visible.

To open carrier in Ohio a person has to have a concealed weapons permit from the state so a lot of these out of state New Black Panthers jokers will be in violation of the law if they open carry (or concealed carry for that matter) at the Republican Convention.
