Yeah, they believe pretty much anything stupid, and with a passion, even after it's been proven wrong. the Clinton Body Count, PizzaGate, the DNC server in Ukraine, adrenochrome is an immortality drug used by the 'elite' that is derived from the bodies of aborted babies, etc. I think some of them also believe in the lizardmen, but I could be missing a joke.
