Seeing that he probably had mud all over him to ward off black flies, it wouldn't surprise me.  U.S. Marshals got him.  A camper was shot at, and called the State Police, and the firefight was on.  No word on the other dirtbag.

They shot--and wounded--the second dirtbag, two miles from the Canadian border.  He's in custody now.

The funny part is, they originally stabilized him with the medical condition listed as "stable" but then downgraded his condition to "critical" after they transported him to a hospital in Albany.
