Title: Digital camera purchase

I've got to get a new digital camera. I've tentatively narrowed my pick to these two:

Panasonic DMC-FZ38
Canon SX20 IS

Any opinions and/or input is appreciated.

I love my Panasonic very clear pictures everytime
