Title: Black guy throws firebomb into Deli full of people. Get out of Lefty cities.

Video at link. he would have tossed a second bomb but a passerby knocked it out of his hand.

DA's refuse to enforce laws. Murder rates skyrocket. We know what will happen. Get out of the cities now while you can.

That wasn't a passerby, that guy was with the bomber, but probably stopped the second one because the shopkeeper was coming out. Arson is one thing, murder is another.

I wonder if race was involved.

Yow!  Really?  I do tend to agree with you  on many things ...

Now I don't know what to think.

 You are correct; "Arson is one thing, murder is another."

:edit: On second thought, now I do think you most likely *are* correct!  It did look strange seeing the guy simply standing there watching the first firebomb thrown, and suddenly then, stopping the second throw.
