Only a few weeks away.
Republican Glenn Youngkin, self funding former private equity executive, has been pouring millions into his campaign. He has been waging his campaign as a moderate trying to deflect the democrat strategy "Orange Man Bad", what else do they have?.
Democrat Terry McAuliffe, former Virginia Governor, former DNC chair, former Clinton bag-man.
Polling has been trending up for Youngkin. Trafalgar Group, a fairly accurate pollster has the race as a dead heat (10/11-10/13). Democrat early voting is down, Republican up.
A Republican victory will put the nail in the coffin of the Biden agenda. Democrat congressmen in Trump districts around the country are not going to fall on the sword for a radical agenda.
The Democrats are sending in the big guns to help, Obama, Stacey Abrams etc. Meanwhile parents protest state wide on woke gender policies, critical race theory and mandates. Every outdoorsman knows never to get between mama bear and her cubs.

Democrats are in charge of Virginia. That means the fraud machine is still in place.

Little Red Lying Hood got herself in some hot water when she made positive comments regarding McAwful from the press podium...
Psaki promises 'to choose my words more carefully' following Hatch Act violation complaint
Psaki said from the White House podium that Biden wants Terry McAuliffe to be Virginia governor
White House press secretary Jen Psaki promised to "choose my words more carefully" following a Friday complaint from Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), which claimed she apparently violated the Hatch Act.
In the complaint, the nonpartisan non-profit U.S. government ethics and accountability watchdog group called on the Office of Special Counsel to investigate Psaki for comments she made from the White House podium Thursday regarding the Virginia gubernatorial campaign.
In response to the complaint, Psaki told Fox News, "While the president has publicly expressed his support for McAuliffe, we’ll leave it to the press and the campaign to provide commentary on the race. I take ethics very seriously and will choose my words more carefully moving forward."

That should bring that snotty bitch down a few notches...

There's gonna be lots of Republican poll workers and poll watchers with lawyers on speed-dial who have judges and sheriffs on speed-dial. Part of the fuel for Democrat fraud machines nationwide has been Republican complacency. I'm not saying it's dead but it should be a minor factor.

Let's not forget to add the shitty PR coming out of Loudoun County (cushy-close to D.C.) and their adherence to wokeness, which resulted in the rape of two students by the same dude wearing a skirt having entered a "communal" restroom.
Northam, the turd currently sitting in the VA Governor's office, completely dropped the ball on that case. Kinda makes it tough for McAwful to make headway when his own party is shown to be not only corrupt, but negligent as well.
Let's face it -- the entire area around D.C. is a sucking chest wound. Most of the citizens (?) there are D.C. teat-suckers who automatically gravitate toward the power of the government. If you want sanity in VA, you pretty much have to go downstate and toward the west. The Tidewater area is another sucking chest wound, though not quite as bad as the D.C. environs.

Not to be a doubting Ralphie here, but I doubt Youngkin wins. Of course I hope he actually does, especially because Terry McAwful is truly fitting to his description.

Why do you say that? Because of election fraud?

Why do you say that? Because of election fraud?
From what I've heard on a DC radio station that I catch a show out of, the demographics of Virginia have shifted so liberal that it sounds like a big uphill battle. And then you factor in the mail-out ballots and other shenanigans that the Branch COVIDidans have forced upon the state.
McAuliffe is truly wretched and perhaps there will be a push back by the rational people there. I hope that the good folks in the state for Lovers go Republican for the first time in over a decade.

Yeah, I'm not optimistic either. This feels to me a lot like the California recall election. It may have looked to be within reach for a while, but for whatever reason, it just petered out. Youngkin also doesn't have a lot of name recognition, from what I understand.

Loudoun County is a white, affluent, liberal community just outside DC. These whitr, affluent, liberals are not happy campers when the woke agenda in in their kid's schools. They are mad as hell and I'll be surprised if they stick to the Democrat party in this election.

Interesting to hear Banner's guest talk about how solid the election process appears to be in VA. He sounds confident, which automatically makes my spidey sense go off.
Dems like McAwful will stop at NOTHING to regain power. Side note - if McAwful wins this election, where will he put Blackface Northam?

As this thread now quietly goes-to-sleep... and creepy Terry McAuliffe dance-videos become his only lasting legacy.

VP Harris on Youngkin's win: 'It clearly was a fair election and I applaud the governor-elect'
https://justthenews.com/government/state-houses/harris-youngkins-win-it-clearly-was-fair-election-and-i-applaud-governor
Vice President Kamala Harris told reporters on Wednesday that the Virginia election "clearly was a fair election and I applaud the governor-elect."
Republican businessman Glenn Youngkin defeated Democrat Terry McAuliffe. Republican candidates also won the lieutenant governor and attorney general races.
While campaigning for McAuliffe, Harris said that "what happens in Virginia will in large part determine what happens in 2022, 2024 and on.”
Harris was asked if there are messages for the Democratic Party based on the results of the Virginia election.
"I am going to leave that to the pundits but I will say this, we had great wins as well as obviously what we talked about in Virginia," she said after Senate Republicans blocked the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act of 2021 from moving forward in the Senate.

Republican Winsome Sears, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, was elected Virginia's first female African-American lieutenant governor on Tuesday evening.
Sears, a Jamaican immigrant, served in the Virginia House of Delegates from 2002 to 2004.
The Virginia lieutenant governor is the second-ranking official in the state government and head of the state Senate.
Hala Ayala, her opponent, was elected to the House of Delegates in the 2017 election. She is currently the chief deputy whip in the House of Delegates.
History being made.

And she's probably the first Marine to be elected for the job.

There is no finer photo than a determined-looking woman, middle-aged, holding an AR-15. Congratulations to Ms. Sears for kicking ass and taking names. :yahoo:
