Been offline for a bit. What's up with Isaac?
I've not been online for a couple wks, hearing about Isaac made me find a computer to check in on. Hoping it lessens as sounds like a nasty one so far.
This is borderline pitiful.  "...hearing about Isaac made me find a computer..."

When she 'heard' about Isaac, was it on TV, perhaps the news in a weather segment?  It has been mentioned a time or two.

When she found  a computer, did it occur to her that a good weather source might be one of the more popular weather sites available on line?  They often have updated information.

No.  Neither of these.  Went to DUmmyland, where maybe gNads will tell her what to do, how to prepare, what brand of boxed milk to stock up on, the latest on whatever tsunami is headed her way, and the fires in San Diego.
This too shall pass.

DUmmie is thinking, "Please pull the wool over my eyes...keep me ignorant...I can't face reality".
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

The only acceptable news source to a DUer is DU and the Daily Show.
