 How in the world do you convince folks to vote for you when you constantly degrade and condescend to them? I grew up blue collar, know plenty of truck drivers, and they really are not that stupid. Many "low-information" voters understand the issues just fine and reject the elite attitude.

It's probably safer to say the the moonbat is never going to forget how the trucker made them feel. ....right after they stomp a mudhole into said moonbat's ass.

How big of town? In the outer Metro Milwaukee area it is not uncommon to pump then pay and in cities of at least 40,000 it is the same way. In the crappier areas, yes pre-pay is prevalent. In the better areas, not so much.

They want to lower gas prices?
1. Get rid of Ethanol requirements.
2. Get rid of most or all boutique blends gas.
3. End Quantitative Easing.
4. Drill-baby-Drill.

My town is 70K+ and I never prepay at the station I get gas at, same station for the last 15+ years.

About 20mpg however, I'm sure many poor people don't have the cleanest cars which would mean there is extra crap adding weight and reducing economy.

Prepaying for gas, something else uncommon up here. I've only ever prepaid for gas at one station, the rest I pump and then pay for it after. The one time I had to prepay I didn't even know that was a possibility and looked like an idiot trying to figure out why the pump wouldn't work.

I wouldn't worry so much about weight as I would drag on the car.

You can still do that here in southern Indiana.  The clerk still has to turn the pump on for you inside, but once that's done there's nothing from stopping you from driving off when you're done filling up.  'Course I live in a town of less than 20k people so if you did that there's a pretty good chance somebody would recognize you.
