Sacramento Man, 19, Arrested for Blowing Up Cat
SACRAMENTO, CA - A 19-year-old Sacramento man who investigators said helped bind a small cat and killed it with an explosive was arrested late Wednesday, according to Sacramento police.

David Yang, 19, was placed into custody around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday on the 6200 block of Lemon Hill Drive after police were tipped off to Young's involvment in Tuesday's attack, Sacramento Police Sgt. Norm Leong said.

Leong said officers arrived on the 6200 block of 63rd Street in Sacramento Tuesday evening to find the bound remains of a gray and white cat. Investigators said witnesses reported seeing a group of young people captured the animal, wrap duct tape around its legs, then place it under a construction cone and drop an M-80 or another type of fire cracker explosive inside the cone.

Yang was arrested for a parole violation and could face additional charges of animal cruelty. The investigation into the cat's death was ongoing continuing and Leong said it was unclear why Yang committed the crime.

(She went back to the police a second time on Tuesday to change her story to say she really did fear me.)

Why would she accuse me of stalking her when I've never met the woman and haven't been to San Francisco since the 1990's? Note that the court does not charge ordinary court filing fees to people who legitimately fear violence or stalking. Since it is clear that any representation that I had threatened violence against her or that she had any legitmate reason to fear me has already been rejected by the court, a rational person could conclude that her accusation was merely to avoid paying the fee using a provision of the law meant to protect legitimate victims of domestic violence.

Anybody remember this, when Fat Che was stalking that porn actress?

Once a DUmmie, always a DUmmie. The point is that DUmmies have no problem with killing babies when it's convenient, but throw a hissy fit when animals are harmed. Most of us on here want the perps punished for killing a pet, but we don't condone killing babies.

Since you are ignoring the others, who already answered your question, I'll speak slowly so you can understamd. They are not saying those comments, on their own, are stupid. They are saying those comments, in conjunction with the majority of the DUmp posts ( which cheer abortion, abhor civility and cry buckets over the death penalty), are stupid. It shows the complete hypocracy that is the DUmp.

I'm guess you did checks on all those posters to confirm their abortion views? I wasn't trying to drift the thread but since it is now impossible for my to respond without a slight drift I will.

Abortion views vary wildly through out America. Some believe that No abortion under any circumstances is ok even if the mothers life is in danger or its a child of rape or incest. I think these people are extremist and are wrong.

Then their are others who think abortion should be legal until 8 months and 29 days into the pregnancy. I think these people are extremists and are wrong.

There are people in this country who want us to release every single detainee in Gitmo today into America, or a country of their choosing. I think these people are extremists and are wrong.

There are people in this country that never want us to release a single person in Gitmo, as they are all obviously terrorists, don't deserve a trial, and we should just kill them all already. I think these people are extremists and are wrong.

My view on the death penalty is simple. For cases of child molestation, murder, and rape the death penalty should be used if DNA evidence is matched from the crime scene / victim. I have no prob with executing criminals as long as theirs sufficient evidence.

Even stranger considering that many of us here have cats, even if we're not cat persons, and anyone who tries--tries--to harm a hair on any one of our cats is in for some, uh, trouble.

The issue here is not cruelty to animals, but why the primitives are so inconsistent about what sorts of life they defend, or wish to be killed. Utterly inconsistent.
