1. Oh man, I'm not in the kale camp at all.

The first time I made a kale salad, the comments ranged from "It tastes like something you'd feed to livestock" to "It's like a scratchy, awful-tasting cabbage knockoff".

I tried it as a salad, wilted on plate, sautee'd with butter and garlic, but my friends/family have deemed it "inedible".

Aren't you supposed to toast gnocchi before serving it?  Otherwise, they're just dumplings.

That looks like something I'd feed pigs, if I had any.

Here is my idea of a meal:

Broiled lobster tail
Garlic mashed potatos and corn (mixed together)
Kalamata Olives, Greek green olives and feta cheese in seasoning.

Um Um good. Homemade is always better.

Absolutely right.  It's just gobs of wallpaper paste that stick to the roof of your mouth.  Even Alton Brown admitted that, and set about to make an edible version.  With  limited success.  Where do you even buy mutton anymore?  This went out with Elizabethan English.  Gamey old sheep.  This culinary creation got zero recs and only one response, who said his friends didn't like gamey old sheep.
