They're doing their ****ing jobs
The DoJ, the FBI, the AGs in New York and Georgia are doing their ****ing jobs...
Seems to me, the President's job is to
"...preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States". As appendages of the Executive branch of government - deriving any authority they have from the lawful, delegated authority of the President - the job of the DOJ, Attorney General and the Feebs at the
FBI US-KGB is also to
"...preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States", within specified areas of their expertise.
That being so, how is:
(a) conspiring to commit purjury, in an attempt to obtain a warrant against any private citizen,
(b) which document being so bereft of details regarding what was to be siezed as to constitute its own violation of the 4th Amendment,
(c) and using that dubious document as fishing license not just for the seizure of the "evidence" listed on the warrant, but passports (which require a separate, specific authorization in the text of the warrant) and confidential communications between a private citizen and his attorney,
...by any stretch of the imagination,
"...preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States"?
By my read of things, every one of the ****wits who had a hand in this walking cluster**** need to answer to 18 USC
s/
s 242: Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, at a very minimum.
(That's a FELONY, for those of you lurkers in Rio Linda trying to keep up, and anyone convicted of it lands in federal "pound you in the ass" prison.)Edited to add: Frankly, I'm kinda hoping that deSantis is waiting for the affidavit to be unsealed and an appeallate court to declare the warrant cocked up beyond any hope of salvage, and then have HIS Attorney General step in with charges of Burglary, Identity Theft (the passports) and Armed (home invasion) Robbery, in Florida state court against every Feeb who lent credence to this abortion with their involvement.
