Quote
The prominent leader of a militant left-wing group was arrested earlier this week on charges stemming from a violent brawl last year between white nationalist groups and counter-protesters.

Yvette Felarca, 47, was taken into custody in Los Angeles on Tuesday on charges of inciting and participating in a riot, and assault likely to cause great bodily injury, the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office said Wednesday. The charges come after an eight-month investigation.

Felarca, whose name in public records appears as Yvonne Capistrano Felarca, has been identified as the leader and spokesperson for the anti-fascist group By Any Means Necessary.

Execute them all!

The creepy thing is, this lawless shrew is a middle school teacher! I can pretty much guarantee she's abused her position to try and indoctrinate twelve- year- olds into joining her demented movement.
Here's hoping she gets convicted of all charges, gets the maximum prison sentence for each, and is also fired and stripped of her teaching certification.

UPDATE!
The lawless shrew teacher/ terrorist mentioned, Yvette Felarca, has been arrested AGAIN for battery and resisting arrest a few days ago, for physically attacking people at a Patriot Prayer March.
Up to this point, she had been trying to appeal to get the initial charges against her (The ones for her arrest seen in the OP of this page) dropped, but now that she's been arrested a second time for pretty much the same offense, and so soon before her initial hearing, I'd imagine the chances of that are out the window. Since she's clearly too stupid to realize how much worse she's making things for herself by doing such things, she's also clearly too stupid to be allowed to continue to educate kids and teens.
Again, here's hoping she's tried and convicted of all charges, given the maximum prison sentence for each of them, fired from her school (They've had loads of problems with her in the past violating numerous school rules and being openly defiant and insubordinate to school administrators, she should have been fired years ago), and permanently stripped of her teaching certification.

Felarca's name is absent from the school's staff directory (http://www.mlkmiddleschool.org/directory/), so maybe they've canned her. Unions make firing a teacher, even for cause, difficult, so I would not be surprised if Berkeley schools have a "Rubber Room" akin to that of LA's for unfireable teachers unsuitable for contact with students (usually ones who have been accused of sexually abusing students). As for stripping her of her teaching credential, UC Santa Cruz had accomplice-to-murder Angela Davis as a professor there for several decades, until she retired. So I can't imagine Felarca losing hers, unless she falls behind on continuing education requirements and chooses not to get that caught up.

Well, that certainly is good news about the directory! Though, I was saddened to see from it that they actually have a teacher there for "Restorative Justice," which is basically just a liberal euphemism for caring more about the "Rights" of violent and dangerous criminals than about justice for their victims or preventing such crimes from happening again.
Like I said, she had already committed loads of offenses in the past that could be grounds for her dismissal from teaching. For instance, on several occasions, she deceptively requested paid leave in order to secretly attend protests (i.e. claiming "Personal days" even though attending political protests does not constitute one of the approved reasons for paid personal leave under the teachers' collective bargaining agreement, and claiming "Sick days" on occasions when she had no medical verification proving it and was photographed or videotaped at protests showing no signs of illness or injury), at times secretly arranged to take her students on "Field trips" to BAMN's protests without first asking the principal's permission, and was openly defiant and disrespectful to school administrators when questioned about those and other issues. The only reason why she hadn't been fired up to that point was she had her brainwashed students and fellow BAMN lunatics protesting and disrupting school board meetings on her behalf. Her then having several arrests for assault at protests could have likely been the last straw.
As for your point about Angela Davis, there's an important consideration to make: She was a college professor, whereas Felarca is (Or, hopefully, WAS) a public school teacher who was paid with taxpayers' money. As such, Felarca is or was held to different, stricter standards of accountability.

Not to quibble about the differences, but if Angela Davis was a professor at a state university or college, aren't they at least partially supported with taxpayer dollars? At least within California?

It is good news that this rabid she-wolf isn't appearing in their directory - and let's hope that the teacher's union was unsuccessful in reinstating her or keeping her employed.

She needs to spend some time behind bars, and needs to have her personal info, address etc posted on line.

At this point she needs a blade in her gut. If she survives it maybe she would think twice before instigating this crap. She shows all the signs of someone who believes she can do this and skate away with no harm done.

UC system universities receive state and Federal $$, plus tuition. CA school districts receive a mix of local property taxes, state, and Federal $$. Plus or minus the local property tax $$ that's probably the case in every US state.

I probably read it wrong - Angela Davis, then, was paid with taxpayer money just as Felarca was (is).
