Yeah, there will be a whole new arrangement once I get it here. I will map it out and update this thread. The main thing is the strength and endurance that will need to be allocated for to carry this large ruck and a STOMP bag.

Yeah, I got a NOS Large ALICE ruck (what I used way back when, go with what you know) and LBE, enough canteens to haul 1.5 GL, and a buttpack for quick missions.

I figure my packing list would keep me going for a few days without the necessity of hunting.

And it's really for in the event of being separated from / having to abandon my minivan-based bugout system.

Comes down to it, I've got three levels of bugout...

1.  Oh crap, get outta town

2.  Oh $#!+, get away from the van

3.  Oh 4king #3!! start running!

I would be interested in the rational for the items you select.

The ruck has landed. Will work up a load out for it over the next couple of weeks.

I'll take the 4 wheeler, thank you.
"Liberalism is an essentially feminine, submissive world view. Perhaps a better adjective than feminine is infantile. It is the world view of men who do not have the moral toughness, the spiritual strength to stand up and do single combat with life, who cannot adjust to the reality that the world is not a huge, pink-and-blue, padded nursery in which the lions lie down with the lambs and everyone lives happily ever after."

While not "tacti-cool", an Osprey backpacking set up might be a bit more useable if you're actually planning on carrying this on your back.
