1. Feminists hate men, and are out to turn the world against them.
Misandry is too often employed as a catch-all to belittle women's arguments surrounding the patriarchy. But, as Shailene Woodley recently discovered, feminism has nothing to do with hating men. Feminists don't like misogyny and sexism, and sometimes men may be proponents of both, unwitting or otherwise. It's important to recognize this when it happens. see link for additional info.
Some of them certainly do, but for the most part, it's a matter of control, not hate. What feminists actually want to do is control men and make them subordinate everything masculine in their nature to the interests of women. They are totally fine with one gender lording it over the other...as long as it's
theirs that gets to be in charge.
7. False rape allegations are endemic.
No one denies that false accusations are terrible to experience. But the fear some men appear to harbor of being falsely accused is wildly out of sync with the actual rate at which this occurs.
Which is
completely unknown, since the only ones we know about are the ones that get busted, and even then, most of those STILL go into various versions of sexual assault stats even if recanted or disproven. Nor is there any uniformity in the stats that do exist...feminists, the military, the universities, and law enforcement (In descending levels of all-inclusiveness) all have entirely different systems of measuring the claims of female complainants.
