This was its replies regarding applying for food stamps:

This is above and beyond the anxiety issues with being in a crowded office anyway.

Yes I avoid stress. But I know I don't react to it well.

I hate to pile on (I really don't), but seriously, if you only worked enough over the course of your teenage years and adulthood to accumulate enough quarters (SS jargin) to only earn $710 per month, then you either did not work at all for extended periods and sponged off the system, or you were paid cash under the table. FYI, what you pay IN is directly proportional to what you get OUT.  Pity meter from me = ZERO.
