Poll question: Should Chelsea Enlist to Support the Iraq War?
Democrats challenged Mitt Romney about his sons - saying that his sons should join the armed forces and serve in the Iraq war that Romney supported. Romney slid out of that by claiming his sons helped democracy by working for his campaign.
Hillary Clinton voted for the Iraq war, and has a daughter, Chelsea - who is old enough to
enlist.
Poll result (32 votes)
Chelsea should enlist in the Milatary (11 votes, 34%)
Chelsea should not enlist in the Military (21 votes, 66%)

1. Should Chelsea be left out of this mosh pit? Hell yes.
Please, let's not move beyond their spouses in the hate fest. Even the mafia doesn't do that.

22. Chelsea Clinton doesn't serve in the Senate
The Bush Twins aren't Secretary of State, Edwards daughter isn't a Rep from NC. Further more, NONE has them have made public Hawkish comments.
If any of that changes and they vote a certain way, then the poll has a right to be asked.

conversely...
should all parents who oppose the war have their children pressed into any and every public protest against the war?
or can we agree that children are not required to behave in accordance with their parents' convictions?
Mole alert......mole alert

14. We already had a flamey thread like this on here earlier this week
Most supporters of all candidates in the thread agreed that this was out of line. Whether it's Chelsea, the Bush Twins, Romney's kids, et al.

25. how long have you been a republican?
Defending the war is a republican stance.
Voting for the war is a republican stance.
Don't forget that thanks to Hillary's vote for the Iraq war, many people's sons and
daughters were killed and therefore cannot campaign for anyone.
