One paramedic described Saturday evening into Sunday morning as "a war zone."

Since midnight, police said 43 people have been shot, six fatally. Since Friday at 5 p.m., 60 people have been shot, nine fatally, in shootings in Chicago.

So much for gun control in Chicago.

Rahm will find a way to talk his way out of this one too.

Gun control in Chicago means that only gang-bangers and thugs are able to obtain the guns -- usually cheaper semi-autos and revolvers -- that they need to wage war on Chicago South and West-side streets.

The average guy living in Normal, Illinois, is f'd. He's got to follow the restrictive laws set down by the politician criminals in Cook County.

Illinois simply sucks.  it's how it stays attached to Wisconsin.
