Title: BBQ bacon?

Saw something on the Travel Channel a few hours ago. All kinds of out of the mainstream ways to fix bacon. Goin' to the grocery store tomorrow and get some extra thick sliced bacon (can't get the pig bellies in Shell Knob). Then I'm gonna try some BBQ angles, and anything else I can think of.

Any suggestions?
