Trudeau is a white guy who wore black face. Calling him two faced seems mostly accurate.

What Mr. Trump was referring to was Justin holding a press conference without his permission following a first ministers' meeting in Europe last year. At the time, Justin noted he needed nobody's permission to answer press queries the first time Mr. Trump called him that name.
