Why aren't we calling the Republican Party the "Republic Party"?
They started insulting us years ago by saying the "Democrat Party". Now, I even hear some Democrats saying the same thing! Why must we accept an insulting term used by Republicans and not call them "The Republic Party"? I know, I know we're above it all, but really; "I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore".!

Oh, yeah, sure.  Like any conservative would give a royal crap what they call the Republican Party.  Republic Party works for me.

Because it is stupid.

Republicans belong to the Republican Party.

Members of the Democratic Party refer to themselves as Democrats. If anything, they either need to change the name of the party to Democrat or start referring to themselves as Democratics.
