Obama Plays Birthday Golf While National Security Officials Meet over Al Qaeda

National Security Advisor Susan Rice – the same woman who appeared on television to fib to the American public about the causes of the murder of four Americans in Benghazi on September 11, 2012 – headed up a meeting of 12 administration top officials, including Secretary of State John Kerry, Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel, Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, and directors of the FBI, CIA, and NSA. Rice then briefed Obama alongside Lisa Monaco, assistant to the president for homeland security and counterterrorism.

It's probably better that he wasn't there, all things considered.  Nobody really needs a 10-year-old C student at a real meeting, especially if he is going to be the one nominally in charge.

Its very simple. The media has been running a defensive screen since his 2008 campaign. Remember Hurricane Katrina? Bush was raked over the coals due to the time it was taking for FEMA to set up and respond. They didn't care that FEMA, like all government agencies, are huge and take a pretty good deal of time to get moving on anything. They kicked him in the crotched over vacations to Martha's Vineyard or to his ranch, yet they have no problem with Obama going on vacation once a month spending millions in the process all  while there is a sequester going on.

If the media wanted to, they have a stockpile of things that could utterly destroy him and the people around him in his administration and thats without the current scandals.
