I don't even think it's that involved. There probably was no sex. I think it goes no further than a desire to make conservatives hated while ginning-up sympathy for herself. The whole thing focuses on the politics of the make-believe rapist. It's nothing but political. It's no different than those who fabricate racist hate crimes to improve their own stature.
