Lawyers please chime in here...what is the WORST case scenario for justice with a SM?
WHEN not if it is appealed to the 11th circuit and WHEN not if they do not overrule it or maybe they dont even appeal it, between this traitor judge and the SM, can documents that were taken by the FBI showing trump as a traitor or just the act that he took them, can all that be wiped away like it never happened?

Since this type of thing NEVER happens except for trump, how long does this go on?

Is it true the judge doesn't even have jurisdiction?

Democrats are so used to having their way with judges, and seeing them trample people's rights, that when a judge doesn't do that to one of their opponents, it seems corrupt to them.

This doesn't take a legal beagle to figure out the "WORST case scenario", from a DU-grade Prog's POV:

* The Special Master goes through what the FBI seize and determines that much/most of it was outside of the search warrant;

* The DOJ is forbidden to use any information from that vast trove of lawyer-client and executive-privileged information;

* FBI agents and manglers get disciplined or booted for violating the seach warrant;

* FBI agents get caught withholding seized materials and/or copies thereof from the Special Master and get disciplined/booted;

* LIEden's DOJ gets caught trying to use lawyer-client and executive-privileged information in court, gets sanctioned, and their cases dismissed with prejudice.

I doubt that any agents would get disciplined, plus or minus a few token small fry, but the rest is mostly very possible.
