For a wireless mouse and keyboard which brand/type of rechargeable AA batteries are best?

Probably Sanyo Eneloops

I would switch to a lithium battery (http://www.amazon.com/Energizer-Lithium-Batteries-8-count-Longer/dp/B0000DC4EL/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1375545268&sr=8-1&keywords=Lithium+Aa+Batteries) instead of the traditional Ni-Cad rechargeable batteres.

Whatever type is in my cordless rechargeable mouse. I have had a Logitech Performance MX for about three years and I only plug it in every couple of weeks or so, and I never use the off switch when not in use.
