I have been teaching a bit longer, I teach for 55 grand and while healthcare is offered in my contract, I opt to take my husband's policy because it is quite a bit better in coverage and lower out of pocket expenses. In return, I get an extra 100 bucks a month on my check BUT it is taxed at @ 30%

How the **** you figure, Pammie?  Married/joint tax rate up to $69K is 15 percent, meaning your actual tax rate for your income is somewhere just under 10 percent.  Even adding SS/Medicare and state doesn't put you any****ingwhere near 30 percent.

Jesus, you can't even bullshit well anymore.

Now I, OTOH, AVERAGED about 23 percent, and was in the 28 percent bracket at the end, and not very far from the 33 percent bracket.  Care to trade, you whiny beyotch?
