Don't throw out the baby with the bathwater. Patinkin has a reputation for being such a collossal asshole that nobody that has ever worked with him likes him. Even the Hollywood crowd can barely tolerate him because he thinks he is a superior being,and everyone around him is stupid. HE is the one that is stupid when he makes blanket statements like "no Muslim refugee to the United States has ever attacked anyone". We have all read news reports of this happening. The Boston Bombers being just one example.

He IS  a great actor,and that's the only reason why producers keep hiring him. The problem with him and the REASON he is a great actor is he is a fool who believes anything he thinks is an actual fact BECAUSE HE THINKS IT. He has no problem falling into a role because he will fall into and believe anything.

There has been rumors of other cast members threatening to quit the show because of having to work with him,and the same rumors were afloat on every other show he has ever been on.

To sum it up,he is a hollow shell with no core,which is WHY he is a good actor,but he is also a pompous asshole.

Not to mention a rising number of alleged Republicans.

The fact that a outsider like Trump got elected over the Party Parasites of both branches of the ruling party is proof that many,many voters have came to face that reality.

When a very flawed man who has never even ran for dogcatcher before gets elected as President of the United States over a dozen or more party insiders,that tells you how much respect and trust the typical American has for the criminal creatures we call "professional politicians".
