Why do you read the DUmpster?

One can select up to three options.

Option #3 is short-hand; the full response is: Skins's island won't let me in to reply to the primitives directly.

This poll as usual is undertaken so as to determine the needs and wants of members, so as to make the DUmpster even better.  Thank you.

not sure where i come in, sure its for entertainment, i also use it as a reference material so when i deal with with nutters at work i know the ins and outs of their arguments as some Dummie has already used it at some point so i know where they are going.  No where else in the world could i get training in dealing with someone who rants about reservoirs slowing the planets rotation and homeopathy being the only way to stop it.

I am blessed to have zero moonbats where I work.  They simply wouldn't fit in here, the founder is a BIG FREEPING FUNDY FREEPER TEABAG!!!!1111!!!!!   Nicest guy. 

I chose 1 & 2.  Often though, the amusement is tempered by a heavy sigh, when I read the Communist Manifesto extolled and worshipped on my own shores.

True.

Up close they can be rather, uh, unappealing.

I remember in August 2006, during the Connecticut Democrat U.S. Senatorial primary, I got so disgusted at the primitives that I took off for a few days, going up to North Dakota to see the smallest international airport in the United States.  The primitives were so disgusting, so depraved, one had to get away.

I'm from a Blue State and I pretty much live in a Blue State though that's kind of changing, but it's fascinating to me because I've always known liberals, but none of them act like the people at DU do, the ones I know in real life are kind of sane, so it's amazing to me when I see someone espousing how wonderful Hugo Chavez is, seriously? no liberal I know in everyday life would, so that's why the DU can't be considered a liberal site, liberals don't act like they do.
