... Think about how he sat there in the WH watching the insurrection unfold on TV as our Congress had to hide from violent intruders. ...

1. In the insurrection to which the 14th Amendment refers, 2/3 of a million men died, and hundreds of thousands more were maimed for life. In the event you claim was an insurrection, one woman was murdered by a Capitol Police officer and one or two protesters died of heart attack due to stress. Calling the riot/trespassing/guided tour of 1/6/2021 and insurrection is reprehensibly absurd!

2. Let's see what are the possibilities here:

* Trump watches the news and Progs condemn him for sitting and watching it.

* Trump somehow forces the Secret Service to drive him to the Capitol and wades into the crowd to ... do what exactly? Regardless, Progs condemn Trump, slanderously claiming he went to the Capitol to whip up the crowd.

* Trump doesn't watch the news and Progs condemn him for ignoring it.

There was no action or inaction by Trump that would not be pretzellated for condemnation by Hate-Trumper Progs.

FBI Director Christopher Wray: “TikTok, for us, represents a national security concern.”

In the meanwhile, this dimwit is not pushing Dementia Joe to close the border where actual terrorists walk into the U.S.

Wray's words are a bunch of baloney.

On banning Tik Tok
which I support because it is mainly a data mining app for the Chinese Government which also has videos.

Do people really think Silicon Valley is incapable of coming up with a video sharing app to replace it?

It’s really sad to see the deterioration of our country...

Leftist scum destroy everything they touch. It's all they know how to do, and the number one reason Pinochet was absolutely correct in his prescription for them.

It’s really sad to see the deterioration of our country. The politicians that we elect should be held accountable for letting this happen. They going into office looking to get rich and could care less about the people that they’re supposed to serve. They should be stripped of their wealth and spend time in jail. Maybe go out and clean up the poop and garbage in the street.

Which Major City Will Completely Collapse First - Los Angeles, Chicago Or New York City?
https://endoftheamericandream.com/which-major-city-will-completely-collapse-first-los-angeles-chicago-or-new-york-city/

In 2024, virtually all major U.S. cities have certain things in common.  First of all, if you visit the downtown area of one of our major cities you are likely to see garbage, human excrement and graffiti all over the place.  As you will see below, some of our core urban areas literally look like they belong in a third world country.  Most of our politicians don’t seem too concerned about doing anything to clean up all the filth, and so it shouldn’t be a surprise that rat populations are absolutely exploding all over the country.  In some of our largest cities, the total rat population is numbered in the millions.  Meanwhile, rampant theft, out of control violence, endless migration, predatory gangs and the worst drug crisis in the entire history of our nation have combined to create a “perfect storm” of social decay that is unlike anything that any of us have ever seen before.  Millions of law-abiding citizens and countless businesses have been fleeing America’s largest cities, and property values in our core urban areas have been absolutely crashing.  We really are in the early stages of a full-blown societal “collapse”, and things just keep getting worse with each passing day.

In this article, I want to focus on the three largest metropolitan areas in the United States: New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.

John Williams recently took his camera with him as he walked through downtown Los Angeles, and he described what he witnessed as “hell”…

New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, and Portland come to mind.

"Our Cities Turn Into War Zones Every Night"

From coast to coast, radical prosecutors and progressive politicians have been pushing illogical criminal justice policies that not only have backfired but transformed many once-safe Democrat-controlled cities into crime-ridden hellholes.

Go down the list of cities. Whether it's New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, DC, Chicago, or San Francisco, and the list goes on and on - these metros are plagued with violent crime, out-of-control youth, carjackings, murders, drug crises, the homelessness crisis, theft waves, and unvetted migrants.

The latest sign some of the bluest American cities continue their transformation into 'war zone'-like conditions while progressive lawmakers ignore law and order is an illegal "teen takeover" event in Democratic-controlled Memphis, Tennessee.

On Saturday evening, Memphis police initially reported 16 people were shot during a block party in the 2400 block of Carnes Avenue in the Orange Mound neighborhood. It was later reported that five victims had gunshot wounds - two males were pronounced dead at the scene, and three others were taken to the hospital in critical condition.

American cities are scary places. The more left they are, the worse they are.

Elite schools turning into Hamas University as antisemitism runs rampant

The United States’ top institutions and assets for higher education are being lost to extremists.

At the University of Pennsylvania, we are no longer known as the birthplace of the mRNA vaccine or the computer. Any quick Google search over the past six months will find that our university has been overrun by extremists who hate America, hate Israel and hate Jews.

Columbia University has devolved from the birthplace of more than 100 Nobel laureates to a war zone where Jewish students have been advised to go home.

Students across the country glorify the first woman to hijack an airplane, Leila Khaled, rather than the women who graduated from their own universities.

Students and faculty are at the center of this unfortunate fall from grace.

Some people do not learn.

Universities across the country regularly chant for an Intifada (indiscriminate violence against Jews) so loudly they are heard from dorms, libraries, and classrooms.

At Penn and Drexel, a recent protest shouted, “We won’t stop at a cease-fire!” Jordan Vaughan, the chant leader (invited to campus by students) shared a screenshot from the Orthodox Jewish Community group chat including three students’ full names, personal phone numbers, and Instagram accounts online.

Jordan is a self-proclaimed organizer for the Philly Palestine Coalition and has posted on X: “Live, love, Hamas” and “Glad Hamas killed that bitch” in response to a photo of a 22-year-old woman who was raped, kidnapped and killed at the NOVA festival on Oct. 7.

This is like shades of Nazis Germany.

The rot in US academia extends to most of every faculty
https://nypost.com/2024/04/23/opinion/the-rot-in-us-academia-extends-to-most-of-every-faculty/

Quote
When the NYPD moved in on the New York University pro-Hamas occupiers Monday night, professors formed a human chain to block the cops — neatly revealing a huge part of the problem in US academia.

Remember: The issue was the protesters’ decision to seize a central part of the campus in a bid to blackmail the school into divesting from Israel over the Hamas war — and their hateful intimidation of those who disagree.

This wasn’t free speech (nor even orderly civil disobedience), but the reverse: using force to impose their beliefs.

And these faculty fully endorsed that radical, deeply liberal action.

Academia is deeply rotten.
