Have you seen Pocket Tunes?
It's a little pricey ($6.99), but it allows you to stream all kinds of different music--everything from online FM stations to Sirius/XM (if you have a subscription). It also gives tons of different commerical-free genres of music. Most probably use Pandora, but I really like this app, especially because of the Sirius addition.
I think Pocket tunes may be available for other smart phones as well...
